Olympic Way
The Olympic Way is a program offered to children aged 4-8. This program utilizes the most efficient techniques in teaching children how to swim the 4 strokes. Children will receive updates on their progress each session. Groups will have 5 or less children per Coach.. If your child is currently unable to pass a "swim test" at your local rec center they can benefit from this program.

****** Friday 7-8pm Hill Park
**** Saturday 11-12am Thompson.
Novice Program
The Novice level is the first step into competitive swimming. Basic competitive stroke, turn and dive techniques are taught at this level. 90% of the practice time is spent on skill work, and 10% of the practice is spent on endurance.
Three practices are offered throughout the week and children are encouraged to attend as many as possible in order to improve and develop their strokes.Novice Program Information for Current Swimmers
Competitive Program
The Hamilton Aquatic Club recognizes that becoming a competitive swimmer is a developmental process. As a result, a continuum of competitive swim programs are offered to those swimmers whom coaches recognize as being ready for additional levels of challenge.

Masters
HAC is pleased to offer a Masters program. The program will be offered on Mon/Wed evenings at Laurier pool from 5 to 6 and at Hill Park on Fri from 7 to 8. The instructor will be Kahla Walkinshaw. Cost is $48/mth.
